Introduction

Dencowear Ltd (the home of Salonwear Direct and Uniforms4Healthcare) began as a small family business in 1966 and has since grown into a successful manufacturer and supplier of work wear. We are a leading manufacturer of healthcare and beauty workwear in the UK and worldwide.

MyCollegeuniform.com is an online ordering system which is tailored to each individual student, college or university to make the ordering process as simple and hassle free as possible.

To place your order online

1. Log onto www.mycollegeuniform.com, and then enter your username & password. If you do not have this, please contact your college or university – it should be written on your order instruction sheet.

2. If this is the first time you have ordered with us you will have to create a customer account, if you have ordered before enter your customer account details.

3. Enter the size & quantity of the item you require and add to your basket, repeat this process until all compulsory items you require have been added. (You will not be able to complete your order unless all compulsory items have been added to the basket).

4. If there are any optional items you would like to purchase you can add these to your basket now.

5. Continue to the checkout - fill out your billing details (and delivery details if different).

6. If you have a credit account, the billing details will be pre- populated and the delivery address may also be pre-populated.

7. Enter your payment details and complete your order. If you have a credit account, you will not need to enter your payment details at this stage but you will require to enter a purchase order reference.

8. The final screen will give you a unique confirmation number.

9. Once you order has been completed & is successful you will receive a confirmation email to confirm your order.

Delivery

1. If your order includes either embroidery or a badge we do ask you to allow approximately 3 weeks for delivery to your home address.

2. If your order doesn’t include either of the above we do ask you to allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery to your home address.

3. If the college have chosen a college delivery and you have opted for this, your order will be delivered into the college on the date they have requested (check with the college for delivery dates)
